2.1 Company Ownership
Fire Fountain Grille - Unit One LP, is projected as a Limited Partnership, but may switch the preferred structure to a stock "C" Corporation or Limited Liability Corporation "LLC", for purposes of investment structuring (see section 6.1.1 "Investment Summary"). The number of investors could vary, based on various interpretations under SEC "Regulation D".

Start-up costs will cover a number of details to convert the structure to suit our concept both visually, and functionally. Included in start-up costs are all necessary expenditures to cover the pre-opening hiring and training of our staff, adding and revising equipment needs, supplying smallwares and servicewares, inventory and other essentials.
